Mystery Rusty Metal Things...
We happened to see these old metal rusted things off the the side of the old trolley ROW. They looked like pulleys and we wondered if they were trolley related? (Note: the photo is obviously digitally enhanced to mute the background)
Turns out they were anchor heads to secure guy wires, possibly to the trolley poles but being isolated (we saw no others) it is hard to be sure. Great explanation with a modern photo to compare >
