Did Giants once traverse this area?
Stone walls can been seen everywhere in the Northeast—they're an omnipresent reminder of the property boundaries of the early settlers. What’s unusual about this rock wall is the sheer size of the rocks—they are actually boulders 4-7 ft in size! One wonders how they were moved in place. Was this where Gulliver landed - in a land of giants?
Sadly I was called away in an emergency before I could walk in and get a close up (such as my foot on one of the massive stones) to better gauge the gargantuan size of the builders…
